If it’s not quite right, no worries! Whether you’d prefer a different stone or metal, or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return. We want you to feel as good about your jewelry as you do about shopping with us. At Judith Bright, we see you as we do our BFF, our mom, and our sister, and you can expect to be treated as such!

Return & Exchange Policy
  • Returns: Full refunds are available within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 60 days of purchase.
  • Holiday Extension: All purchases made on or after November 1 will be eligible for exchange through January 31. Our standard 30-day refund policy remains the same.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, preferably returned in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase is required—either a receipt or the name of the original purchaser.
Please note that shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Additionally, Judith Bright LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated return conditions.
