Repair Services

We want to keep you in your JB, so we're always happy to help with repairs!

Repair fees are not a flat rate — each piece is assessed individually once it arrives in our studio. After we've evaluated your item, we'll send an invoice for any cost due. Please note that all repairs require payment before work begins.

The majority of pieces that come back for repair aren't due to how they were made, but rather to everyday wear and care. That said, if we receive your piece and find that it needs repair due to how it was assembled, we'll take care of it at no charge.

With proper care and gentle wear, your Judith Bright jewelry should last a lifetime. Should you ever need a repair, just follow the steps below.

Repair Process

1. Fill out the repair form. (don't forget to tell us your size!)


2. Bring your jewelry and form into a Judith Bright store or ship it to:

3. If you are shipping your item, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail or a private carrier like FedEx or UPS. Judith Bright is not responsible for shipping fees associated with mailing in your item.


4. Our standard repairs can take up to 4 weeks. We offer an expedited repair service for those who need their repairs completed urgently. To accommodate these requests, we charge an additional rush fee of $30.00. Please note that this service is available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to approval. We assess each request individually to ensure that we can meet the revised timeline without compromising the quality of our work. 5. Once your repair is complete we will contact you for pick up at one of our stores or we will ship it back to you compliments of JB!
