Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry—and wear it often. If it’s not quite right, no worries! Whether you’d prefer a different stone or metal, or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return.
Return & Exchange Policy-
- Returns: Full refunds are available within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 60 days of purchase.
- Holiday Extension: All purchases made on or after November 1 will be eligible for exchange through January 31. Our standard 30-day refund policy remains the same.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Download our Return and Exchanges form and fill out all info regarding your return or exchange.
- Package the item(s) you are exchanging or returning (preferably in the same packaging you received). If you no longer have that, please make sure to package your jewelry in a padded envelope or a box to prevent any damage during transit.
- Email us at gurus@judithbright.com to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
- Finally, drop the package in your mailbox or drop it off at your local post office.

Please Note:
To ensure a smooth return process, jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and preferably returned in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required — either a receipt or the name of the original purchaser.
Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Judith Bright LLC reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.
