Shipping Methods
Orders are filled as they come in, regardless of the shipping method chosen. If your item is not in stock and is more complicated, expedited shipping will get it there more quickly once it has been made. We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround, but we want to manage your expectations as best we can! That said, we have thousands of items in stock in our stores so we'll definitely have something if you are in a pinch. Just give us a call at (615) 269-5600 and we’ll let you know what awesome things we have on hand.
We may have to make your jewelry if we do not have it in stock. In that case, it could take up to 7-10 business days before your item is ready to ship, depending on the complexity of the item. If you are in a bind or have an event, don’t worry because we’ve got your back! Just email us via gurus@judithbright.com and we’ll do whatever we can to get your jewelry to you or to whomever you are gifting.
