If it’s not quite right, no worries! Whether you’d prefer a different stone or metal, or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return. We want you to feel as good about your jewelry as you do about shopping with us. At Judith Bright, we see you as we do our BFF, our mom, and our sister, and you can expect to be treated as such!

Return & Exchange Policy-
- Returns: Full refunds are available within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 60 days of purchase.
- Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, preferably returned in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required—either a receipt or the name of the original purchaser.
Please note that shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Additionally, Judith Bright LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated return conditions.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Download our Return and Exchanges form and fill out all info regarding your return or exchange.
- Package the item(s) you are exchanging or returning (preferably in the same packaging you received). If you no longer have that, please make sure to package your jewelry in a padded envelope or a box to prevent any damage during transit.
- Email us at gurus@judithbright.com to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
- Finally, drop the package in your mailbox or drop it off at your local post office.
