We are looking for a full-time genuine, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented & flexible Sales Associate. Some retail experience is preferred but not required but possessing a genuine love for interacting with customers is a must.  We expect our employees not only to represent us in store but to also be brand ambassadors outside of work.  The learning curve is steep & you must be willing to study the details of our business in order to have complete product knowledge. For example: learning gemstones, names of our designs, packaging details, frequent customers etc. We are a hardworking, fast-paced & detail-oriented business with a strong team & we expect our co-workers to match our work ethic & enthusiasm. We have a lot of fun together, but we all know when to buckle down & get the work done. Skills:  We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and planning skills are a must, as we rely on our team to prioritize and meet deadlines as well as inspect our pieces for quality control.  Excellent communication skills are a necessity; you will be the first point of contact and communication with our customers.  We are looking for someone that has the ability to recognize and react to the changing work demands that come with a retail environment.  Must be able to work standing and walking, and be able to life approximately 20 lbs.

Duties: Responsible for providing an excellent customer experience on the sales floor while assisting in the day-to-day overall store operations. This includes but is not limited to: maintaining the store appearance & maintenance, merchandising, packaging & shipping, light cleaning of the showroom on a daily basis & maintaining office/packaging supplies levels.

40 hours per week, days of work vary due to the demands of the business.

We are open 6 days/week, Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm with Sundays 12pm-6pm, Availability on weekends is a must, but you will get some off as we share coverage to accommodate personal requests.  From November 1 – December 30 we are open 7 days/week for holiday hours, Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm and Sundays 12pm – 6pm.

Availability at Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas is imperative; it's our time to shine!

Pay is salary, commensurate with experience, starting at $38,000/year.
