We currently offer FREE ground shipping to our customers through USPS. If your jewelry is in stock and is ordered by 2pm, it usually ships out the same day. If it has to be made-to-order, it will ship out within 5 business days. (If you need something right away, we have thousands of items in-stock! Call or text the store and we can find you something awesome: 615-269-5600.) Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 3-7 days to Alaska & Hawaii. If you need your jewelry sooner, we offer USPS Priority Mail for an additional $5.00 and FedEx expedited services at discounted rates. We offer USPS Priority Shipping, FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Express Saver 3-day. We cannot express ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed as they come in, regardless of the shipping method chosen. We pride ourselves in our quick turnaround, but we want to manage your expectations so that you are not disappointed!
In-stock items will ship the same day if your order is placed by 2pm. If your item is not in-stock and needs to be made, depending on the complexity of the design, it can take up to 5 business days for it to be produced and ready to ship. Once it is made, it will ship via whatever method chosen at checkout. Expedited shipping only guarantees faster delivery once an item is made.
Once your item is on the way, a notification will be sent to you via email along with a tracking number. If you would like to check on the status of an order in progress, please call or text (preferable!) us at 615-269-5600 or email us at email@example.com. We know that sometimes you need your jewelry quickly for special occasions and if this is the case, we will do everything we can to rush your order. If your order is a rush, please call, text or email us and we will send you an email letting you know when you can expect your item as well as any estimated rush shipping charges.
We offer no hassle returns and exchanges within 60 days. You don’t like it, just send it back! If you want a different colored stone or metal, no problem. We want you to wear your jewelry and love it. And we want you to feel as good about your jewelry as you do about us. To us, you are our BFF, our mom and our sister. We treat you the way we would like to be treated!
Exchanges are processed like returns. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged or credited accordingly. If the item exchanged is less expensive, we will issue a return to your original credit card used to make the purchase. If the item exchanged is more expensive than the original item ordered, we will need to charge your card for the difference over the phone as we do not store credit card numbers. Once the exchanged item is received, any difference will be refunded or charged, the new item will be made if it is not in stock and we'll ship the new item as soon as possible. Please note, express shipping fees are non-refundable on exchange items.
