of our jewelry is handmade to order. Most of our pieces ship
within 1-5 business days after your order is placed, however
in some cases it could take up to 10 business days. Once your
item is on the way, a notification will be sent to you via
email. If you would like to check on the status of an order,

We know that sometimes you need your jewelry quickly for special
occasions and if this is the case we will do everything we
can to rush your order. If your order is a rush, please email
us at orders@judithbright.com
and we will send you an email letting you know when you can
expect your item as well as the estimated rush shipping charges. |

| SPECIAL ORDERS: |

Adjustment
of sizes: We want your jewelry to fit you perfectly.
If you would like to customize the length of our necklaces
earrings or bracelets, please email us at orders@judithbright.com.
Let us know the item you would like to have adjusted and we
will make it for you and bill you directly via email. You
will then have the option to pay securely by credit card.
Once your payment is received, we will ship your piece.
Bespoke Jewelry:
We would love the opportunity to custom design something especially
for you to coordinate with a specific outfit or for an entire
event. Weddings and other Special Occasions are our forte.

| DOMESTIC SHIPPING: |

We
currently offer FREE ground shipping to our customers through
FedEx. Once shipped, your packages should arrive in 1-5 business
days within the contiguous US, 3-7 days to Alaska & Hawaii.
If you need your jewelry sooner, we offer FedEx expedited
services at deeply cut rates. We offer FedEx standard overnight,
FedEx 2-day and FedEx Express Saver 3-day. We cannot ship
to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes. |

We
accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. You can order online
through our secure shopping cart or you may contact us at

personal checks or United States Post Office money orders. |

| SALES
TAX |

All
orders shipped to a Tennessee address will be charged 9.25%
sales tax.

our jewelry. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal information.
Should you prefer not to pay via the internet, you may also

and place your order by phone. Or you may pay via personal
check or United States Post Office money order. Please note
that if you send a personal check, it could take up to 7 days
for it to clear our accounts before we can ship your jewelry
to you. You may contact us by phone or email to find out the
status of your check. |

| PRIVACY
POLICY |
|
Your
privacy is very important to us. When you make a purchase
from us online, we collect your name, billing and shipping
addresses, phone number, email address and credit card information.
You provide this information to us so that we can process
and ship you your order. We do not sell information to anyone.
We will occasionally utilize 3rd party email management sources
to deliver emails to those who have requested to receive emails
from us. When you order from us, you will be placed on the
email list. If you should wish to unsubscribe, you may do
so at any time by simply emailing us with "unsubscribe" in
the subject line. |

| RETURNS |
|
We
want you to love your JB Jewelry! All items purchased online
may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original,
unused condition with all the tags attached. You must first
email Judith Bright at returns@judithbright.com
to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will then
email you a prepaid USPS First Class mailing label. All returns
must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA number,
otherwise your RA number will expire. Please include a copy
of your invoice with your return. Be sure to send returns
in their original packaging or a box or padded envelope. If
your package is damaged we reserve the right to refuse your
return. We will process your return promptly, although it
may take 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your
credit card statement. Your refund will be processed to the
same credit card used to make your purchase.

| EXCHANGES |
|
Exchanges
are processed like returns, see above for procedures. Please
email us at exchanges@judithbright.com
and we will process the order for the new item. Any difference
in the purchase amount will be charged or credited accordingly.
Once the exchanged item is received, we'll ship the new item.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable on exchange
items.

| REPAIRS |
|
We
don't expect that you will need a repair through normal careful
wear of our jewelry, but these things do happen. We are happy
to repair your item free of charge for up to 60 days after
purchase. Please note that some gemstones may not be available
immediately for repair and it may take us some time to find
a similar stone. We will send you an email letting you know
if you can expect a delay. Repairs after the 60 day initial
period are subject to a small materials charge and shipping
fees. |

| MATERIALS |
|
| We hand-pick all of our materials
and gemstones and hand-make most of our findings. All stones
& findings will naturally vary to some degree in color, size
and shape.
We only use Argentium, Sterling Silver, and 14/20 Gold-Filled
chains and components in our jewelry. In most cases our findings
such as ear wires and clasps are custom shaped and hand-made
in our studio. Gold-Filled is a durable gold product affording
the look of gold at a fraction of the cost. It is much more
durable than gold-plate or vermeil and with careful wear and
treatment, will last a lifetime. If you can wear gold, you
can wear Gold-Filled without worries of an allergic reaction. |

| CARE
OF YOUR JEWELRY |
|
| Both sterling silver and gold-filled
jewelry need and occasional polish from wear and natural oxidation.
You may use silver polish that is safe for stones. We recommend
Jewel Brite products. Their tarnish remover & polishing cloth
is excellent to use on all metals. Their jewelry cleaner solution
is organic, 100% biodegradable, child safe and safe for stones
and pearls. In a pinch, simply use a little Dawn & hot water
to restore the sparkle to all of your JB jewelry. |

| GIFT
SERVICES |
|
| All
of our items include a silk
embroidered logo pouch that is handmade in Bali. If the
item is a gift, please let us know and we will be happy to
include a complimentary hand-written gift card with your purchase.
When you check out, please check the gift card box and fill
in your gift message no longer than 200 characters. |
